Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jagat Singh
Acting Chairperson, Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission

             Former Judge of  Rajasthan High-Court,  Joined as a Member of Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission, Rajasthan, Jaipur on 10-10-2005. On 19th July'2010 he has joined as a Acting Chairperson of RSHRC.

             Born on 01-03-1941 at Katehra, tehsil- Fazilka, district- Firozpur (Punjab). Took his education partly in Punjab and partly in Rajasthan.

·       Joined BAR at Fazilka.
·       Joined Judicial Service on 1967.
·       Promoted in RHJS in the year 1980.
·       Remained District Judge for 19 years.
·       Was Law-Secretary, Govt. of Rajasthan for 2 years.
·       Was Member, Board of Revenue for 18 months.
·       Elevated to the Bench on 01-03-2001.
